Sam was a fourth year cell biology student who conducted a laboratory research investigation in 2008-2009 as a volunteer. Sam studied expression of gene products in basal cell carcinomas and compared them to hair follicles using immunohistochemistry techniques.

NOUSHIN SADEGHI

Noushin was a research technician who conducted a laboratory research investigation in 2007 as a volunteer. Noushin studied expression of pro-inflammatory genes and gene products in alopecia areata skin using immunohistochemistry and quantitative PCR techniques.
